Rates are per room based on single or
double occupancy and include full breakfast.
One night prepaid deposit (plus tax)
guarantees all reservations except specials. 50% deposit required for all
discounted stays and special packages. All deposits are charged to credit card
at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling and
any changes to arrival and departure dates are treated as cancellations and a
new reservation. Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled or changed a
minimum of 15 days (30 days during foliage/holiday season) prior to scheduled
arrival. $25 processing fee for administrative costs will be deducted from
refund.
Prepaid deposit is forfeited on
cancellations or changes after the minimum period of 15 days. Any cancellation
or changes within 7 days of your arrival date will require full payment of any
balance still due on your reservation. Balance will be charged on scheduled
date of arrival. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
Deposits may be paid by Visa,
MasterCard or American Express.
All payments on premises may be paid
by cash, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. No Personal
checks please.
The Village Victorian Bed and
Breakfast offers a wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet connection as a courtesy to all
guests. We feature a 1.0Mb connection that is available throughout the house.
The connection supports Macintosh, Windows, and Linux laptop computers with a
wireless network card. Palm
and PocketPC wireless handhelds are supported as well. We feature a 802.11g
and b compatible network using 128 WEP wireless encryption. Guests are
responsible for setting up their own connection.
